Love your products but you need to make some improvements with the services and the quality control. So it was a mistake in my address. You didn't precise the street number which it is was ended very vague. I have to wait for the package almost for a month. I sent several emails and I had a response but I got the feeling like people didn't understand my questions properly. Because of that the package got held at the customs. I had to contact my local post office and they helped me out once the customs let go the package. Once I received the package and opened it, there is a problem with the neckless. I need to send back the pearl because it is opening and doesn't stay in the chain. I almost lost it and I wear only once. I love the design and your product and I have several. I love the creativity and the elegance.
