It is a shame that your company is requesting feedback 19 days after fulfilling my order but I have yet to receive items ordered. Upon not receiving the package in a timely fashion, I sent an email to inquire on the delivery of the package. The company's response was not reassuring. They stated the holidays was a busy time. I am still waiting. :((
